Green coffee

At CAFESMO, green coffee is more than a product; it is the result of a close partnership with producer families committed to quality, sustainability, and full traceability from origin.

Our coffees are grown in the mountainous regions of Ocotepeque and Intibucá, at altitudes above 1,000 meters above sea level, where climate and soils create distinctive and expressive cup profiles.

Each lot is carefully selected and processed using washed, honey, or natural methods, revealing flavor notes that range from honey, peach, and mandarin to chocolate and caramel, with balanced acidity and a creamy body that reflect the true character of our terroirs.

We primarily export in 69 kg GrainPro bags. However, we also offer shipments in 30 kg and 34.5 kg bags, as well as traditional jute bags without GrainPro. Additionally, we provide exports in 1,000 kg Big Bags and vacuum-sealed boxes.

In this way, we share with the world the authentic flavor of our coffee-growing communities and CAFESMO’s commitment to fair, transparent, and sustainable trade.
