Roastery

Although we are primarily an organization that ships green coffee to destinations all over the world, we also—of course!—like to keep some for ourselves. In 2021, we opened our Cafesmo roastery, where we roast and grind coffee for our office and—more importantly—for all our members. Some will want just a few pounds, for their own family. Others ask us to roast larger batches because they've found local customers, such as a gas station, supermarket, or coffee shop.

For them, our roastery offers an additional source of income and also means that our local community can have access to specialty coffees.
