The most exotic coffee Wendy had ever tasted was from Sumatra.

It was quite an event for her, as she's always looking for something new and different. However, when it comes down to it, it's Honduran coffees, from her homeland, that truly make her heart beat faster.

Wendy started at Cafesmo in March 2023 as a lab assistant, but she was so excited about the profiling and sensory skills that she soon applied to become a taster herself, and graduated in September 2024. Currently, she is in charge of the laboratory.

Beyond coffee, she is passionate about music, which accompanies her throughout her daily activities—and, of course, during every coffee tasting.
